Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The order is lost in transit

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Minor print placement variations

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Change of mind after production begins

Refund Request Window

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
